Galatians 6:9-10 NKJV
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.
Its funny how weary we can become, even when we are doing good. It is easy to loose heart, especially when you don’t see fruit. Yet, here we are told that there is a due season to reap fruit.
The best fruit is the fruit that wearied you to sow. This kind of fruit has a season, and it is worth waiting for.
The Lord has given me this verse twice now, at the moment I don’t feel weary, but that probably means I will later.
What I take from this is to never give up. To be patient and give fruit time to grow, knowing that there is a due season for it. All I can say is thank you Lord for the encouragement.
So be patient, fruit takes time to grow. If your wearied then good, it means you know what it means to work for the Lord. You have gone this far, you might as well see it through. Just don’t give up, the fruit is probably just around the corner.
John 15:16 NKJV
You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.
