Two Worlds

Sometimes, I feel as if I live in two worlds.
One I love; the other I hate.
One it calls, the other it pulls.
I am torn between fates.

I am of the one that I love,
But I was born into both.
The one I hate, hates me,
And yet its so tantalizing.

Perhaps its old habits, you see,
I wasn’t always a man of duality.
Maybe, just maybe, I had to first be one to be the other?
Perhaps, yes perhaps.

Some day I will be of only one,
How strange, to me, it seems.
I cant image how that will be,
Only that I will finally be free.

Free to be me,
Free to be who I was meant to be,
Free to be who I want to be,
Free.

Yes, I was born to both,
But I shall only die to one.
When the one that I love,
Will become the only world I’m from.
